Hey George — as much as I want to give everyone a shot on these contests, I’m restricting them to the continental United States strictly because it’s much, much cheaper to mail a package of four books to someone in the U.S.

That said… I know I’ve got readers in other spots around the world that want to enter. So I’m going to open the next contest (contest 3 of 4) to everyone around the world.
