David Louis Edelman, a writer and web programmer, is the author of the Jump 225 trilogy (Infoquake, MultiReal and Geosynchron). He has been nominated for the John W. Campbell Awards for Best Novel and Best New Writer. Infoquake was named Barnes & Noble Explorations' Top SF Novel of 2006.

1. Readercon Report  •  July 10, 2006
   Readercon 17 was indeed a fabulous time. Infoquake CDs, flyers, and business cards were distributed; hands were shaken; and I discovered the pleasures of Smithwick's beer (pronounced "Smitticks"). For those who were not present, here's a quick rundown of the highlights from my perspective.
